in the case of cathy row. in a disscusion i had the crimes that were commited was identity theft, herassment, and attemt of rape.  the verdict was unfair with only five year probation. In my stand point jail time shoud have been the verdict. Because what she did in the past shouldn't contribute to the sentence.

The family that she harrased will still be peranoid and she can still use the dark web to continue to haras them and with her mental state she did not learn her lesson and the fact that she lives one mile away to the family makes things concerning.
